Wonderful variations on this lovely Calla, my friend!

(I'm back for another half hour or so...picking up in the general area of july where I left off...)
Your original is striking, in the sheerness of the petal(s) and the striking protrusion of the stamen. It looks like a coconut-covered orange popsicle. (Actually, it looks like something else too, but I won't get specific!) With the strong dark around it, the flower really stands out. A striking, arresting image. In the 2d image, you've taken the faint background of 1, and turned it into a field of electrical energies: The leaves and stems are now shot through with currents. And the red and purple stands out beautifully against that now stark and smoother white; and the stamen is now pink. Beautiful....
The third one is about currents again, but this time with white lines of energy; it glows, including the stamen which is like an orange night light or beacon. And the last variation has lots of quiet shadow, and a stamen which is now bright orange, almost a mango colored light. You've done all subtle variations---with the exception of the background in 2---and it's very effective. Esp with such a boldly captured flower. Fine work, Harry.
