Description

Playing with Poser sketch render engine. Buzz Aldrin walking on the moon and posing for Neil Armstrong’s camera. M3 Space Suit with custom morphs and textures. I have searched for a good astronaut suit (moon walk A7-L style), the only one that I have found is the old M3 one. There are some good models at Turbosquid, but not for Poser or Daz Studio. Here is a free printable by Max Grueter : https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/apollo-a7-l-spacesuit-study Max Grueter’s great models at 3dwarehouse : https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/user/1601659553860618556857140/MAX-GRUETER By the way, have a look at the outstanding works by Andrea Bertaccini & Felix Higueras : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/xXPRE https://www.artstation.com/artwork/PLben Animation here:

Hi, thank you for your comment :) I like the dreamlike feeling of the Poser sketch animations, I’d like to make a short movie with it. Maybe some day…

You captured a very nice image and animation in your sketch style render! It is very well done! I think talent wise you have reached that point of being ready to move to the next level of short movie animation! I was once curious of what I could do with poser and I started slow by making a few animations within poser 4. I mainly worked on creating 10 second long animations at first and then as I got more comfortable with the animation tools within poser I moved up to 20 seconds and so forth. I have been working with poser since Poser 4 and most of the animation tools are still the same. So which ever copy you have, should work for you. The key thing with animation using poser is to just be patient as the skill level will rise the more you do it! I do all my animations using PoserPro 2012 edition. Its older software but it allows me the ability to transfer my animations to 3ds Max and that works for me! (not to promote my work in any way, but if you are interested...visit the video gallery and click on any of the animations I have done recently using poser) Anyway Keep up the great work! Excellent and very well done! I like it! :-)

Hello Johnny, Just like you, I’m also working with old softwares. I have been away from 3D for a long time, and I need to practice with my old computer before to jump into the new world. There’s a lot of softs I’d like to work with, like Lumion, Unreal Engine and of course, the latest versions of Poser, DazStudio and Cinema 4D. Congratulations for your animations, I really like the clean renders of 3DS MAX (another software I’d like to try). Keep on the great work with the adventures of Steve & Mika, and thank you for your support :) Cheers, Thierry
