Description
Peeps! In the middle of revising my Hermione character. I'm actually shooting more for the current 19 year old Emma, than I am the movie/book character. The likeness is a bit shaky at this point.

I know that artists tend to be thier own worst critic. Against a photo, no, it is not an exact match yet. Bu you are very, very close. You have already captured the essence of her, I can only image how much better it will be.

In truth, I like her as she stands now. I agree, her essence is there perfectly! I don't like carbon copies of actors or singers..I want the FEEL of them, how I see them, rather than a 3D version of a photo. I absolutely love this rendering; beautiful work.

Yeah, I think you have captured the character perfectly, which is better than having it look just like the actress! The expression is totally spot on! Plus that setting is awesome;))

Nice job, the character is on target and I like the thousand yard stare she has as if she is in deep thought. Clothing is tasteful and her hair and face are done nicely. The props look great and the glow in the candlelight is not too bright and the fog or smoke from the book is a nice touch as well !
