A very convincing presentation - I suggest that it's meant for showing how a real building would look in this place if the customers decides to build it following your idea (poor english, I know...).

(It is such a nice building I would take a corner of it for an apartment for me to live in:-) I like how you use windows so creatively. The window shapes are practical, though--I think this would be an excellent project to build.
