Description

[ Please ZOOM to see details! ] As promised, this is part 2 of Lord Jobil's makeover. Sadly, to date, I still don't have much clothing for him: Not many M4 sets include the "heavy" full body morph. If you know of any M4 medieval / fantasy clothes with this morph (even peasant clothes), please drop me a line. Thanks! This setting is somewhat fanciful for Jobil as he normally would not go anywhere with at least a half dozen of his bodyguard. But just this once we'll allow him his moment of solitary enjoyment... If you are new to the Araneé story or want to refresh your memory, the first episode is HERE. Each episode has links to the next chapter. The early episodes have somewhat primitive graphics, but stick with it for the first 10 chapters or so and I think you just might be hooked! The lush looking background is Howie Farkes fabulous "Stoney Creek" set from Daz. It is NOT flat planes: Everything you see is a 3d model (usually replicated) that is textured and rendered - and yes, it took awhile to render. This is one of the very few "native" Carrara sets out there and this one is a masterpiece. Not only does it just plain look good, but it is a gold mine of info for Carrara artists who take the time to poke under the hood. Howie is a master and it may take me awhile for just these areas: replicators, terrains, shaders (of any type you can think of), modeling, realistic water, fake GI lighting - and this is just the surface. If you don't hear from me for a little while, it is because I'm busy "going back to Carrara school" LOL... I haven't posted awhile because I had a bit of a relapse. My messed up immune system always makes things quite a bit more complicated than they should be, but the docs finally have this bug under control. Getting better, just not 100% yet...

Wonderful scene! There is a tool called the morph tool in Poser and it can work wonders in these kinds of situations. If you can scale or "bulk" the clothes a bit, then the morph tool will do the rest with ease. There may be some free tutorials on it and Nerd3D has one available through 3DArt Direct. I use it all the time now. Bye Bye poke through!

Great character, horse and setting - I used this one a lot in my "Death Creek" story if you remember that far back! Keep up the great work!

This looks great. And I agree with adorety. Poser's morph tool can work wonders, and they've recently made it much easier to use.
