Description
As the sun rises over the mountains its rays shine down on a small oasis in the otherwise barren landscape. Sapphires gleam in the morning light and the water begins to thaw from the freezing night.
This is an attempt with Vue to try something a bit different. I tried using layers and textures and this is what came out. I have enhanced it some in PSP X1.
