Description

While playing around in KPT FraxPlorer a few weeks ago I found a relatively deep-zoom Mandelbrot fractal pattern that I liked, but wasn't sure what palette I liked best, so I just saved the pattern. Came back to it a few days ago and decided to use it, along with a very slightly less-zoomed variant of it, in a composite image created in PSP. Used a pastel palette and blurring to make the "lower" layer and a more high-contrast and vibrant palette for the "upper" layer. Seemed to me to lend the composite a floating effect. Full-size for better detail. Hope you enjoy.
