Beautiful skin tone and stylish in the face! This is awesome and I believe it will take much time to create this. The tear is not naturally enough to me coz it is kind hanging there and seems too big to me - hahaha! Perhaps, add some shining surface to the tear to make it more realistic. Anyway, this is my personal point of view.

Actually, mikekoh, the tear was not meant to be real. It's part of the paint that covers the face. Much like the paints that cover a mime or clowns makeup.
