A New Beginning by Chris Varga Is it the dawning of a new day or the blast of a bomb? Is it the end of a one era and the start of a new one? Is it the end of mankind and the beginning of a new keeper of the planet earth? Are you hopeful or a pessimist? Is the glass half full or half empty? We all have a new beginning every day and it is up to us to make the best of what we do with it. What will you make of the day that you have before you? Will you do good or will you do evil? Will you help those around you or will you turn your back on those in need? Will you make a new friend or will you be alone? We all make this choice everyday. We all get a New Beginning What will you make of the day that you have before you? Hello Fellow Rendorians Thanks for looking Been watching the old series Cosmos with Carl Sagan and the new on as well. I like the positive spin they give of our planet and mankind's future. But also know that there are many in this world that care not what happens to their fellow man as long as it doesn't happen to them. Some are more worried about what their dishes look like while their are people that have nothing to put on a plate. Some are more worried about the latest reality show while there are some that don't even know where they will sleep at night. Some are more knowledgeable of their own favorite sports teams than what is going on in their own home. Some are more wrapped up in what is on Face-book or Tweet than to go out and have an actual face to face conversation with another human being. and so on... anyway just needed to rant some have a good week Chris

Cool. The clean interior contrasting with chaos outside fits with your thoughts while composing this image. The subtle reflection in the window is a nice touch.

Amazing that the glass in this building which she stands in has not broken. Or .. perhaps the rebuilding has started, and she is considering the big job in front of her. Wonderfully created, and yes, I agree, the rant is a good one too, kind of goes hand in glove with the image you've created .. the haves and the have-nots. The haves don't much care what the have-nots are going through, as long as their pockets are full, their cupboards are stuffed with food, and they have the proper silver ware and the right vehicles.
