Pretty good ... i planned such an image too. I saw it in the book "Incredible Visual Illusions". Post another picture with a mirror behind it to show the community how does it work. It's incredible. Good work.

AH-HAH! I see it! I see how it's made! Your reflective ball has given it away! (plus, I already know how these crazy shapes are made.) Awesome job on this illusion stuff. You should try doing some MC Escher stuff.
