Description

This is my first real painting project. Obviously, this scene is after a famous painting from french master Gericault. It started out with a composition of multiple Michael 3 characters using Poser. The rest of details were added manually with Painter. I learned a lot in the process, including painting clothes, hair and clouds. The result is not as good as I would have liked (I got a new found respect for realistically painted clothes !), but I am happy with it anyway. Thanks for watching...

This is truly a work of art. Your postwork and painting skills are second to none, and as for posing 17 Michaels, well, I take my hat off to you for that. Incredible, if I could vote more than once then I would do it a dozen times

It's so refreshing to see Poser used for traditional art! I know this was a lot of work...well done!

Can I just fall off my chair in awe, please? This is absolutely tremendous - the lighting, the tones, the painting, just everything is stunning. Creating this must have been like giving birth! I hope you feel a suitable sense of satisfaction! Totally wonderful!

This is incredible work. I thought poser wasn't capable to take more than 5 characters, but you have proven me wrong. Your skills and talent is awe inspiring. I love to see more of your work in the future. :)

Thanks for the incredible response to this picture. It means a lot for me. I have to add a precision that seems to be confusing : I did NOT import all 17 characters in poser at once. They were posed and saved individually and imported into Vue d'Esprit for the initial render. Vue allowed me to bypass crosstalk, memory problems and limitations on render size that poser seems to have.
