The older the house, the greater the chance something you really don't want will come to pay a visit. After it arrives, you just can't get rid of it.
If you think this is anything to do with lockdown, sheltering or anything like that, you really haven't been paying attention.
The figure is the venerable Mike 3, all scenery and textures by me; the tarot images were scanned from my own deck.
I chose Surrealism for the genre because that's the nearest thing to the type; in a way it's right because there's plenty of subconscious imagery in there, even down to reusing some of my own tropes.
Thank you for viewing. Comments always welcome.

Very spooky - took me a while to notice the wall art that drips onto the floor and then becomes the man. Great image!

Actually not uncalled, maybe that two card on the wall are confused, in head and they comes, that makes more sense story! Also you show it as a shadow, bravo! Good work on this!
Well, since you mentioned the pictures, here's a clue or two for everyone:
The pictures themselves tell a - sort of - story in a linear - sort of - format. Pay attention to the middle picture and what it's portraying. Note the paint/ink running from it to the figure standing in the room. Note also the figure is being created from the middle picture; it is not a representation of a human, nor a ghost but it is most definitely a representation of something real.
The tarot cards represent significant parts of a reading, showing the person and their future. The final picture - and the sign on the door - are what happens next.
