First post of the new year......Two of four images worked on over Christmas and New year.....
those of you that are a petrolhead like me....you will instantly know what this is.....for those that don't it's a
1953 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible....back in the day....you could pick one up for.... an astronomical $7,750...but it was the ultimate in pure luxury, comfort and design, now a very very rarer car...as only 532 produced.....your looking at $ 175.000 upwards
Things worked on in this render, lighting scenarios, clarity of light and sharpness of image. focus, depth of field....custom textures materials and colours...subdivision modeling......that's it in a nut shell......

Beautiful! This was driving with style! For the price: I once read, that when the WWII ended, the Americans sold their thousands of surplus P-51 Mustangs in Europe for about 2’000 to 3’000 Dollar each. Nowadays they are well over 2‘000‘000 Dollar (restored).

Very beautiful this car, well staged it is no longer impressive as well as the price it currently costs.

Big white-walls - don’t see those much any more. Hard to believe cars were ever so big. Love the receding wires on top. Beautiful finish on the cars.

Things worked indeed... What a beauty! Recognized this gorgeous Caddy immediately - you really knocked it out of the park with this one!
I sooo miss the days when cars had STYLE like this. Now they all look alike - with a few notable (and expensive) exceptions. Just look at the curves and flowing lines here. This is art, and art that was built like a tank. Not a plastic and aluminum box with wheels...
Awesome work, my friend!
I completely agree, thank you for your observation, the everyday car now has no real style...one looks much like another, real shame it's all be lost....just not commercial any more, all about profit, Thank you and many thanks for taken the time out to comment is always greatly appreciated......!!
