First render published after recovering from a hard drive crash!
Constructive critique, especially regarding the overall realism (i.e. how close I am to something that could pass as a photo of a living person), is welcome!

It must feel good to be to be back rendering :). As for realism, this is not close to it. I am not sure what light you are using, HDRI probably gives the most realistic light. Try that if you haven't. And if the skin shader does not have SSS, add that. Better textures on the top and jeans will also help.
