I saw that a "man" got away with rape because of the thong a woman was wearing in Ireland... How would he have even known what underwear she had on if he hadn't crossed the line? And even if it was all she had on in public it's still no excuse... No means no! If you can't respect that there's an easy solution... Chop it off because you don't deserve to be called a "man"!

That does seem like a strange result. Years ago I used to eat at this restaurant where the waitresses only wore a loose t-shirt and panties. Neither I nor the other customers felt obliged to assault them.
