Description
I have an idea I have been playing with. This picture represents one of the sub-ideas (ideas behind my main idea).
In short, a fit of a job to a worker can be like the fit of a set of clothes. If a pair of gloves not fitted to the wearer, this will interfere with the ability to work with those gloves. This picture takes this analogy to a more full set of clothes (not just gloves).
This argument is in support of an alternate idea that each person may have to find or make a job that fits their unique set of skills...

Interesting thought. I'd never considered it in this manner but can now see how the job I currently have suits some of my skills better than some of the other aspects of the work.
I think I must give this further thought myself. :-)
