Description

This is one of the several projects I have going, along with the T.N.A. story. For those who may have missed it, at the end of Chapter 5, a new character was introduced as a bit of a collaboration with Faemike55. Her name is Arquinia (AKA, "Kinnie") and she will be playing a major role in Chapter 6. This series will explore her journey and adventures up until the time she and Arawen meet. I hope you enjoy this short series! Speaking of collaborations.... I want to take a moment to: 1. Thank these awesome artists who have contributed to the T.N.A. saga, and have made it more fun and exciting: Faemike55, Diemamker, Desgar, Eekdog, Pixeluna, Ed Kline. Be sure to stop by their galleries and give these wonderful artists some love! And 2: If any of you have ideas, or anything you'd like to contribute to the story, let me know! I may not use everything, but if it fits into the story line (which is a continual WIP), I'll find a place for it! Thanks for dropping by, and if you have the time, comments are always appreciated!

Wow! I must say very impressive and different my friend. Exciting how fae valley is blooming into the T.N.A. . Great story and discription and thanks for the shout out. I guess I'll go with a terroist idea for TnT. Seems a group of them Tina didn't find when she was in active duty, now are seeking a threat in Co. I'm going with "Operation Domino" as the code name. But many ideas still need to form. Also lack of props for it will be tough. And lots of time. Have a few rendered images already for a first page. If you have any thoughts ?? Great job Rod. Enjoy the weekend.

It would be interesting to find out how Ar's ancestors were able to hide their Fae lineage from normal humans. And what if some of the Salem witches were really Fae in disguise?

Also be interesting to see how Kinnie views our world through non-jaded eyes.

On the Divas' behalf Rod, thank you for letting us be part of your universe. They would thank you themselves, but they are still in Hermit Tyrant Kingdom, and hopefully will be out before all Ragnarok breaks loose! 😲

Contribute? Son, you don't know what you're messing with. Have you seen my brain? Muahahaha... ;)

Lol! Looks like the beginning of a great story. I hope I can keep following this year. It was a rough 2016. And a half. But I'm up and swingin'. and I miss the galleries and my buddies.

Wow, Rod. What an absolutely gorgeous presentation. Excellent work in providing yourself as the conduit for this character's feelings too. Feels like she's entering this adventure very wide-eyed and innocent. My only advice to her? Avoid human contact as much possible! 😄 LOL. Extremely well done, my friend!!!!

I don't know the history of Fae Valley and the people who've been contributing to it, or even the history of Zlata and co., though I've seen several parts of the saga you've been writing for a while now. (I read through your site, and learned a lot of background---you really put a lot of love into that site!) But I can still appreciate this installment, and the magical way you envisioned it. Looks like you used photos and then made them painterly; and put them, Kinnie, the ship, and many other things into a kind of magical mist, all doused in greens. With ornament in the background, like those old illuminated letters in medieval manuscripts. (A number of your solo images of your women have that feel to them---like modern versions of those old illuminated manuscripts.)

Beautiful mood, feeling, and of course articulation. And your words set up the coming installments perfectly, as they always do...As for offering suggestions for your tale (as you suggest, above), I've thought about it; but my suggestions would be so off, I'd sink the whole ship. (And your fans would scream for my blood.) (I couldn't help but think of a Jerry Lewis-like character banging into one of the scenes and making mayhem until they kick him the hell out. Or John Cleese---a younger John Cleese---coming in, uptight as ever, and throwing tantrums until they throw him out. I'm hopeless when it comes to good narratives. Besides, any chapter which ends, "but seriously, folks" doesn't bode well for the rest of the piece.) Beautifully done, Rod, you really do have a fairy-tale feeling in your work; even in the grittiest portions of your saga, you never lose the wonder...
