Description
After building many landing crafts it's time for an aviation picture. :-)
A typical scene in the late 60ies. Two Phantoms of VF-142 and VF-143, embarked in 1969 on Enterprise, flying over Enterprise.
The Enterprise is from me.
Phantom is from mandun in Google Warehouse, rebuild and textured by me.

Excellent! I'm inspired by the fine re-texture work you do. To me, it's an art in itself. A good texture can make a so-so model shine.

Nicely done. There was no mistaking Enterprise when she first commissioned! A later refit saw the "island" redesigned into something more "conventional" if you will. Sadly, this fine ship has been retired and at the tender mercy of the cutter's torch.
