Hi Guys...
I'm RGUS, a 3D artist from New Zealand hence the Kiwi Avatar.
I've been using Poser since 2004 and recently begun to use DAZ Studio.
Originally I used the render engines bundled with the base software and it was not until Octane was available did I change engines. I believe iRAY, now supplied with DAZ Studio, does a very good job. However, my development has stayed with Octane since I use both Poser and Studio with Octane for each as the main render engine.
Enjoy!

Wonderful representation! If you don't mind a little constructive opinion... I was expecting maybe a bit more see through on the water though ;)

Or Sea through. Poser water doesn't reflect right IMO too--but I love the drapery and the composition!

I like the way her gown is floating on the surface, but the water itself looks too flat to be totally convincing. Love the overall concept though!

I can feel the music. Amazing work.

Well practice makes perfect. For me tho, the draped gown steals the show. I wish I could do that.

Exquisite image,

Draping is fabulous and the POV is very nice. Maybe someone out there can give you the answer to the water problem. Don't give up on this one yet.

Great image as always Deane, with the water, increase the translucency in the materials set up - and remove some of the specular lighting, it won't be perfect as from previous experience Poser is horrendous at replicating water. I use Vue or Bryce for such requirements

Nothing like a relaxing dip with music. Pleasing to both eye and soul. Highest marks!

in the mat room go to the advanced tab,use a blender of soft blues plug that into a turbulance with some spots, a blender with a 2d of clouds, plug all that into your alt spec and adjust your transparancy to suit dunno but it may help, fugazi has a wonderful tutorial coming out that explains nods like I've never seen before its amazing, for years the mat room and cloth room has overwhelmed me but thanks to his tuts I'm not scared of poser at all, and nodes "phssssssssshhhhhhh" they dont scare me a bit now, this render is so beautiful the way it is though just amazing
