Rendered in Octane via Poser Plugin (Poser Pro 2014) Minor postwork in Photoshop CS6E Experimenting with emitters. All illumination in the scene is emitted by the glowing 'tattoos'. (Tagged to be safe...) What do you think? ;)

Simply amazing ! Super cool idea. Ive only experimented with this kind of idea once, with "Lit bikini strings" It didnt come out anywhere near this cool. Great job !
