Very cool apophysis work, Real! Colorful and gorgeous... I think it's tomorrow when an asteroid will make a very close approach to Earth.. Somewhere around 17,000 miles, and well within the ring of geosynchronous satellites.

Do I detect a bit of a tribute to Van Gogh's "Starry Night"? Also, the fact that your image is based on geometric patterns and shapes (rather like artists of the Medieval Muslim world) once again reminds us all that all compelling art - whether visual or otherwise - has some mathematics at its core. Perhaps I'm reading WAY too much into it, but this is what impresses me about it.
