Hello, I thought I'd post this after being inspired by Giger and recieving a great image gift by Joe,3x3!Thanks mate,this ones back at ya:). So, I do alot of detail stuff anyway but purchased a Giger Book 2 days ago and enjoyed alot of the art.Alot of It I had to tear out and throw away as it was really some demonic sick porn kind of stuff.I thought he just done sexy alien beasts etc.Half the books gone as I dont want the kids seeing any of his other stuff. ... H.R. Giger is definately one of my favorite artists- I have three of his books, "Necronimicon" "Necronomicon II" and "Biomechanics". I have often commented that some of your style reminds me of his (of course not the " demonic sick porn kind of stuff" as you mention hahhaha!) This image definately shows your inspiration and is a great tribute to Gigers style, while still remaining uniquely your own. There's some interesting inverviews with Giger in the books I mention above. One gets the impression he is not too fond of other people-- imagine that! ;)
