Description
This is the second in a family of three vehicles. This is a two seater based on the STAMPE program of the 1960's. A fan draws air in from the back and blows it out through the bottom of the two boxes on the sides of the vehicle. Movable vanes guide the air for turning.
Still a lot of work to be done.
