It shouldn't but it did raise a smile, knowing that super heroes usually get out of situations like this. The bubbles look very good, they really sell the concept.

Wow.... You did a nice job of mimicking the kind of dynamic scenes Carmine Infantino created for the Flash. I can imagine the British reprint publisher giving a copy of the cover to the local artist and telling him to paint something like that. And yes, the FLash would have vibtrated out of the ropes a second after this scene but the reader would still want to know how the heck he got into this fix in the first place!
