Description

Hello, thanks for visiting this work. :-) This is a flame fractal made using the newest Apophysis, 2.06c. In an effort to show some more of my art I've attached a poem I think may be pleasing with this image. Let me know if you've enjoyed either and have a great day! -MidnightPlatinum ~~~~~ It’s Not About How Things Brighten Us It’s not about how things brighten us, but about how we allow the glow to burn off a layer of our hands. I believe it’s indisputable that beauty is a frame of mind. A frame I was still framed in, still birthed like a dissectee between two pieces of glass (I look up and see a leaf has been caught in here with me, that and a gust of wind) Peace child, peace. Though things are sickening now, (though things are very sickening)— That spiritually unripe me. That juvenile me. He won’t die. He keeps bringing up dreams. Long after I have laughed them off. Laughed my pretentious self into genuine self importance, somehow through everything people believe, they are naturally believing They were wired to be that way. As hard and as fast as the steely principals of photosynthesis or the primacy of desire. We are creatures made of faith, the scripture, that 5d genetic code, It just makes the faith know order. The temple of the holy spirit in the secret heart of hell. Soft red lights that never move or change, bathe blue lights that never move or change, wash glares against my retinas Do I have the self control, the natural unfeigned self respect to grab my chicken throat and say “Here is the cold ocean!” Welcome to meaning. Welcome to meaning. Welcome to meaning. My dreams are just as pathetic and stereotypical as yours. Just more so because they are mine. A frame. A frame. God lets the reel spill out on the carpet. I walk on the floor of an orange ocean. ©2007 V. Johansen
