Awesome design. ONLY thing I would change(IMHO) would be to elongate the end of the blade. It looks very short. Maybe it's just the angle. Great job though! :) -chachi Ps---your avatar is freking awesome!! Go YANKS!!!

Is it designed for thrusting? The sharp portion appears to be as long a a gladius, the thrusting sword of the Roman soldier. The deflection points 4/5 ths down the blade would seem to give an oppenent risposte possibilities. I think a blade catcher on the cross guard would be nice. As swords go it is pretty, and it is an excellent model. Nice work. As for the Yankees, I haven't watched a Dodger game in decades, Dusty Baker was still a player last time I watched. So go Yankees!
