I know that people feel like they cant really express themselves,and just getting together is a start but it takes more..This time of year brings out the memories,and sadness for some...I hope this isnt really how you feel.there is no need to be lonely inside..just open up and let people in..i used to feel this way but life is to short and you can make it as fun and happy as you like..its up to you..Hopefully this is just an observasion of some other reality..Hope your holiday was fullfilling.

Tragically true words! The better part of the world feels that depression is all in the mind and can be cured by sheer force of will! Sadly they learn too late that this is not so. If this is a true call for help run don't walk to the nearest therapist, and BTW they are like shoes, sometimes we have to try on many for the perfect fit. If it is only a work of fiction, my deepest condolences on the loss that taught you this. Thanks BJ
