Previous Image shows the tree after storm damage go back about 1 year to April of 08 to see what they did last year and then you will understand why the concern this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HATE ignorant people who don't know how to care for trees. I also dislike pollarding except of willows. This is an outrage!

I have to agree with Jocko, they might as well cut it off from the base and dig out the roots, how would they feel if we cut off their arms? Also agree with Andrea, it is indeed and outrage.
