Description

And here's the "rainy-day" render of the same image. This time, one very strong omni high above to simulate daylight with soft shadows and 2000x2000 shadowmap; two other omnis inside the bookstore; all shaders are of course changed, procedural bump and specularity to achieve the raindrops effect on all the surfaces, noise-driven reflection on sidewalk and asphalt to give the wet feel. _________________________ Any comments and suggestions are really really welcome. Have a great week, Stefano :)

Reminds me of an old hobby store in New Orleans. Similar scene, atmosphere. Anyway to put some grime on the bricks, the lower ones, water stain, weathered look? It's a great scene, takes me back to New Orleans, even the books stores near the French Quarter resemble this. :-)

Now this is better! In MHO the poster is a bad choice as a center piece.Yes it is art,But there are many posters. It surprises me, because your art is always such a pleasure to view. Most audiences.

You're really getting the hang of C4D. I downloaded the demo the other day! OK, gonna need to play around a bit. This is a great render. Love the retro feeling.

AAAAAAAAAAhh, shit!!!!!! This one is x'd out on my screen. Too bad for me as the thumb looked real interesting. Oh well, I take it from the above comments that it is just as excellent, if not better than the previous two images. You are doing fantastic work in C4D Stefano, keep up the great work!
