Hello Everyone,
I would like to thank everyone for making comments on my previous photo.
I apologize for the copyright mark on my image.
Because someone used my photo, without asking for my permission and posted it elsewhere on another community.
In relation to this image, it is just another exercise to cloth painting(Tasha Tutorial).
Character is V3. Morph and texture done by me.
Painted the Cloth and hair, in Photoshop CS2 and Painter IX.5.

may I suggest you to try to decide what is the side the light is falling on your model from. Than according to this try to make some light reflexesa on the hair and cloth... think: in real life all materials have a certain degree of reflectivity... except black holes that do not reflect light. SO think highlits and reflexes and you will give more depth and realism to your pèainted hair and cloth.
