Description

Help! and alien has been spotted here at Clearwater Cove, an estuary in Rhode Island USA. No one has seen anything like it before! It is not listed in any North American bird book, and hasn't been found on any web site, including Ducks Unlimited. The fourth bird from the right is a "white fronted goose". This is the rarest goose found in the eastern United States. It breeds in Alaska, the north west territories, and Greenland. But!... The third one from the right, has never been seen here before. It is most similar to a "Snow Goose" in its blue phase, But... no Snow Goose has a head like that. A Snow Goose should have a head that is all white, its range is from the Arctic regions of North America to Eastern Siberia. It winters on the Pacific coast to Baja California, and along the Atlantic Coast. Do you know what this is? Please help solve this mystery by leaving any information or comments below...

Thank you all for your comments and information... Yes, "americanphotos" that was the other idea, that this was not a goose at all, but it was a "Moscovy Duck". Now for a new mystery, when I said, "Moscovy Duck" to the voice-recognition system it typed "Moscow V." and that goes along with what "soulofharmony" said. LOL :)
