Thank you. FWIW, free Open3D Model Viewer can read these TERs, but needs a full CPU core, ~2GB RAM and a coffee-break. Sadly, exporting as mesh is unfeasible as such emerge ~x70 larger than input file, so these 8 MB TER would become ~ ½ GB OBJ... I'm sorry there's no TIF drape / height map, as they can be used as 'super displacement' maps in eg Poser. So, currently looking for a budget Plan_B to create a height map and/or double-decimate mega-mesh...
