Subject: Adding Prime in my cart earns points on that purchase?

Hi, if I were to add a Prime membership to the cart along with other products, will that purchase immediately earn me prime points on all products?

Hi rendermenow! I don't think you would earn Prime points on all the products if the Prime membership is in your cart too. I would buy the Prime membership first and then go wild buying all those other products so you can then get your Prime points. 😄

However, I do want to use my first purchase discount on my lot of items though... if I were to first purchase the Prime membership, will I still be able to use my first purchase discount on the items (as a second purchase)?
