Subject: fringed skirt or dress for V4

I purchased a real nice of fringed sandals and fringed top for V4. Today picked up a cool long fringed vest (hippy style in the sale item FLASH BACK set). Need a short skirt or long dress with the similar kind of poseable or semi-poseable fringe and maybe a nice articulated fringed collar. Looked in the store here and a few other sites without much luck. So, I am asking if anyone here knows of similar outfit accessory for V4. Sorry forgot....no under skirt needed. Just the belt and fringed body to make it look like the other items I picked up. Any help would be appreciated.
