Subject: Is there a way to create animation with photoshop?

I think I know how to render each still from an animation in DS, but is there a way to string those renders into an animation with photoshop. Maybe as a repeating gif?

Sure - look for animation timeline in PS. It's been awhile but pretty can be saved as gif

Yes, you can save it as a .gif or as an .avi . You just need a to add each frame to the timeline.
