Subject: To do model whether infringing their IP

Often to do model when importing an image that is as a reference. If to use image of famous of "LV","DIOR","film stars",etc,which is whether infringing their IP(intelligence property)? If these model was sold whether it be accepted? Because they are so nice. I also don't know whether these designer s were here. Thanks.
