Hey Everyone,
As most of you know, CrazyTalk 8 has been released in the Renderosity Store. This new application brings a lot of new features including; 3D head creation and 3D head animation, which you can export to iClone and Character Creator, and eventually to other 3rd party tools via 3DXchange 6 Pipeline.
One of the latest things we have done with CrazyTalk 8, is to create real 3D Heads from original 2D sketches. This is done thanks to CrazyTalk 8's built-in face fitting panel that now allows users to import and work with two facial images - One for the front view, and one for the side view, allowing animators to bring in an enormous amount of texture details. We proved this process by partnering up with renown Australian caricaturist Garry Pye, who has sketched 10 different head characters, that were later converted into workable 3D heads and offered in the latest Garry Pye's Comic Faces- Content Pack.
The best thing about these 3D heads is that they can be attached to any Character Creator body, and iClone clothing pack, to create amazing stylized characters in no time at all.
