Hello :) I just bought Blacksmith3D some Days ago. I normally working on my own PC at home - but i have the possability to play with it on my work pc too. My Boss dont wont some "Files" on the pcs so he told me to delete everything what programs leave.

So my question is: Could i put the Folder to my USB Stick, Play on my Work pc and did it leave some files?! IF yes - where?

Thanks for your answers :)

Hello japfap66,

As everything is embedded in Blacksmith project, just save your projects and your exported/external images on your USB Stick and leave the program "as it" on your work PC if it was what you expected. If your question was to use Blacksmith3D from a USB Stick, it works on demo mode, i did not tested activation. Maybe Blacksmith3D can answer on this point (i don't know the reference point for activation process, if it's based on disk serial or everything else), I did just made a copy of my original BS3D folder on a USB disk and launch it on another PC (from the USB Stick) and it works.

Hope it helps,

Best regards,

Hello japfap66,

Yes you can run it off a flash drive, but you will have to register it on each computer you use (which requires Internet access to register) and the user data has to be allowed to be stored in this directory. C:\Users[USER NAME]RoamingAppDataBlacksmith3D

Hope that helps!
