Subject: Select Render Area malfunction

Select Render Area malfunction When I use "Select Render Area" as soon as I release the left mouse button that I used to create a small render area, it renders the whole scene rather than the small area I've just made. Anybody else having this issue, got a work around or solution? Hopefully it's something simple. Any Help would be appreciated as I've just wasted an hour and a half yesterday trying to find a solution.

The following might be relevant. I'm using the default scene with mountains then I load a sphere primitive and try to render a small edge section of the sphere to see if displacement is showing up

I reported this when 2015 was first released. They fixed it in a later update. A subsequent update broke it again.

I now have a workaround that works for me. Start render area at TOP LEFT then drag to the right, then down and release.
