According to my credit card, I was billed twice for this order. Please issue the refund in the form of a store credit. thank you

Our system shows you only paid for it once. The second charge is a HOLD on your card and will fall off in 3 - 7 business days.

It's been 8 business days and the charge is still there. They are saying that currently you have a claim against it.
