Subject: Help! Customer's account has been removed somehow!
User DarkAngelGenesis, who has over a thousand dollars in purchases here from years and years of membership, cannot log in today. The message she gets is "Sorry! We're sorry, but this account has been removed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or feel this is in error." She has sent an email but we are concerned since the weekend is coming up and she has been cut off from access to her purchased content and her Poser serial and other things that are stored here. She did not ask for her account to be removed and is utterly baffled at how this could have happened. I can look in my received gifts list and see her name there from past years, but if I try to send her a sitemail it does not recognize her name. She is, understandably, freaking out. If this could please be brought to someone's attention quickly, she'd like to know what's going on.
She's still locked out today. First thing she got was something about maximum login attempts for her IP address and then when I asked her to look again to get the exact wording, it just told her that the account is banned. "Please check your email for more information" again and she still does not have any emails. She does, however, still get all the sales and newsletter emails from Rendo.
