Hi there

I haven't used Renderosity for many years now and see that there are some funds still in my account. Can I please request payment, even thought it's below the normal minimum, as I just don't see myself returning to the Marketplace anytime soon?

Hello.

I set your status to CLOSED so that the system will kick out your payment when those are done tomorrow. please be sure your payment information is correct. Send an email to payments@renderosity.com with the correct payment method and information to use please.

I haven't heard anything back regarding my marketplace account being closed or any payments received as yet, just want to confirm that everything is OK?

We did set the account as we explained. The payment will be processed on our next payment cycle at the first of October. 😄

If you have any other questions about vendor payments, please send an email to payments@renderosity.com to ensure we can discuss details. We don't want to put personal information in the forums. 😄

OK well it's now the 2nd of October and still nothing, despite sending an email to payments@renderosity.com as requested. What must I do now?

We are in the process of doing payments today. Payments are done between the 2nd and 7th of each beginning of month.
