Hi, I have the Smith Micro version of Poser 11 which won't activate, so I am trying to download Install Poser 11.exe from https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads. I have Norton 360 installed and every time I try to download the install file, Norton 360 deletes it. I have tried disabling the Norton 360 firewall, but the download is never complete. I have tried using Edge with the same results -- incomplete download and warnings when I try to open the file. I successfully downloaded other files from the same site. Is there a fix for this? Hi, I tried again this morning and successfully downloaded "Install Poser 11.exe." Don't know what was going on yesterday. Thanks. Zaffer

Heh. I was going to suggest you just try again later. This seems to be a surprisingly common problem.

The web seemed to be especially twitchy yesterday. Several solid websites were giving mysterious errors.
