hello guys ,please help me i'm really stuck i created a (rigid follow nod) for the knot in the picture and then i parented it to the Abdomen Lower but now when i try to ben the Abdomen Lower it move with it ,i mean in a bad way as shown in th second picture can any one help i followed this video in youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wp4x6DmDfc8&t=299s sorry for my bad englishwwqwq.PNG wwqss.PNG

The problem could be many things, I can't tell from just those pictures. but you can try some things to make it better. geometry editor tool, in scene view pane select the rigid follow node, right click in scene, select rigidity group editor. right click on rotation > set rotation > primary rotation. I'll make a .pdf of things to try and upload it in a little while.

I just finished making the .pdf, I hope its clear enough, these might not fix your problem but I hope they help.
