I model in mostly quads using Wings3D which is a box modeler, though you can do some subdivision modeling as well. A couple of times I've imported my .obj models into 3DXchange Pro and my models look like they've been tattered by a tropical blow. Would it help to convert my quads into tri's? I know, I should run the experiment myself and see if I find something useful to share with other users. I will check back with my findings.

Hi HighAlbedo,

Both quad model & tri model should work well in 3DXchange. Please contact our Support, and provide your model for further investigation. https://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QForm.html

Thank you!

Okay, thanks for the response. I will send them a copy of the model file, and maybe a screen cap, or two.
