Get your empty appartment and fill it with everything you can imagine. Raytrace lightning with many options to play with.
Kitchen and bathroom are part of the scene with fully functional lights which can be turned on-off independently by a python script or manually.
Just attach any additional props to the walls so that you can quickly show and hide props to render from deferent angles.
