The Wild One
Chuck was once a courier moving between isolated R-9 settlements. The mutation left his mind unpredictable but did not take away his ability to speak. He still laughs, tells stories, and remembers the roads he traveled.
Then something changes.
His posture drops, his breathing slows, and the hunter inside him wakes up.
Chuck loves the chase more than the kill. He will sometimes let his prey escape simply to begin the hunt again.
