Autonomous Recon & Guardian Operator
The first R-9 colonies quickly learned that not every threat came from hostile worlds. Resource pirates, corporate saboteurs, and rogue machines often struck isolated settlements long before help could arrive.
To protect the frontier, engineers developed A.R.G.O.—an autonomous combat platform designed to patrol colony perimeters, escort exploration teams, and respond instantly to emergencies.
Unlike conventional military robots, A.R.G.O. combines reconnaissance sensors, advanced tactical AI, and heavy plasma weaponry in a single mobile unit. It can detect hostile movement kilometers away, warn nearby crews, and engage threats before they reach the colony.
During the defense of Outpost K-17, a single A.R.G.O. unit held off an assault long enough for civilians to evacuate and emergency systems to activate. Since then, every new R-9 settlement has requested at least one Guardian Operator.
Among frontier colonists, seeing an A.R.G.O. patrol the horizon means only one thing:
Someone is watching over the colony.
