Justin D'Sert is from the family of peccaries, also known as javelinas, skunk pigs, or desert pigs. They are found throughout Central and South America, Trinidad in the Caribbean, and in the southwestern area of North America. Peccaries usually measure between 90 and 130 cm (2 ft 11 in and 4 ft 3 in) in length, and a full-grown adult usually weighs about 20 to 40 kg (44 to 88 lb). Peccaries are social creatures that live in herds. They are omnivores and eat roots, grubs, and a variety of other foods. They can identify each other by their strong odors. A group of peccaries that travel and live together is called a squadron. A squadron of peccaries averages between six and nine members. They give birth year-round to an average litter of two.
Peccaries are omnivores and will eat insects, grubs, and occasionally small animals, although their preferred foods consist of roots, grasses, seeds, fruit, and cacti—particularly prickly pear.

Justin is a fully-rigged fellow, who hides his shyness and gentle being behind a chattering noise (which he makes by rubbing his tusks together), and behind his best friend - Cactus McPrick, a good-natured yet fiercely defensive Prickly Pear Cactus. Justin comes with separate back-fur and multiple colors. He is also capable of posing for the camera... If there is something in it for him!
In a desert so wide, where the sun blazed high,
Lived a pig named Justin, with dreams to the sky.
He donned his best hat, with a smile and a cheer,
To the abattoir he marched, full of hope and no fear.
"Oh, I’m just a small pig," he began in delight,
"But I work really hard, and I'm friendly and bright!"
Yet the boss only scoffed, "You’re no pig I can use,
For your skin’s made of canvas—I've got no time to lose!"
With his heart feeling heavy and eyes filled with tears,
Justin turned from his dreams to confront all his fears.
Outside in the sun, he met Cactus McPrick,
His little green friend who could always make quick.
“Oh Justin,” said Cactus with a comforting nudge,
“You may not be real, but in you I won’t judge.
Stay here with me friend; let’s dig in the sand,
Together we'll flourish—side by side we'll stand!”
So Justin resolved that he'd never go stray—
From that little cactus who brightened his day.
Though he dreamed of big jobs and did not fit the scene,
He found joy in the friendship of a prickly green bean!
