This product was completely updated in August 2021 to include a new file structure with native versions for both Daz Studio and Poser. In this update, geometry, coding and textures have all been refreshed pretty much making it a "new" product. An additional 15 birds have been added to the set (mostly dimorphic females of the species). Each bird is presented as a ready to render character with 3DL and Iray presets for DAZ Studio, and Firefly and Superfly presets for Poser.

Songbird ReMix Yucatan journeys into the deep rain-forests and ancient empires of the Mayans and Aztecs. Here, the diversity of birds is simply amazing. The Yucatan is home to the smallest of the Kingfishers, the Pygmy, and one of the largest of the Macaws, the Military Macaw. From the stately and true to its name, Elegant Trogon, to the incredible crest of the Royal Flycatcher to what many consider the most beautiful bird in the world, the Resplendent Quetzal, these are all worthy centerpieces in any form of imagery. Designed in Songbird ReMix format, each of these 34 birds can be animated to go from a stationary perched position to full flight.

This set has two versions; DAZ Studio (supporting 3Delight and Iray renderers) and Poser 10+ (supporting Firefly and Superfly renderers).
